Programme description
A one-day introduction or a five-day retreat is meant to catalyse and nurture the natural growth cycles of the individual. FLOW is taught in growth cycles. It is not a linear training program. Each introduction or retreat can be taken according to one’s own rhythm, timing and disposition. There is not an externally decided program or agenda for learning. Yet progress naturally occurs in the most harmonious and organic way possible. It is mostly the soul’s agenda and rhythm that we seek to address and honour.
This is why we start each programme with this self-inquiry: “What is the most important and enlivening soul purpose in this period of my life?” With this question we seek to discover our growing edge in the present moment. If we stay below this growing edge, there is no driving force that moves us forward. But if we overdo the self-investigation we risk straining our healthy boundaries, which will make us contract inwards. We seek to walk the fine line of the optimal growing edge that fosters the natural unfolding of the potential that resides in our being.
From a whole repertoire of techniques and teachings that are available, we will apply those that appear most suitable to accommodate the need and the growing edge in the present moment for each person individually and for the group as a whole.
