INTEGRAL FLOW (on land)
We are honoured to share the experience of FLOW on land with you. INTEGRAL FLOW is aimed at assisting you in exploring the grace and the qualities of conscious awareness.
INTEGRAL FLOW is primarily based on mindfulness, of which two major aspects are highlighted: the art of living in the present moment and the basic attitudes of mindfulness, such as loving kindness, acceptance, equanimity and compassion, which gradually become a way of being. The more they are put into practice, the more they become natural qualities of our personality, and after sustained practice they start to shape our own character.
INTEGRAL FLOW invites you to get in touch mindfully with the multiple dimensions of your human nature by helping create the space to increase awareness of our physical, emotional, psychological, mental, energetic, and spiritual dimensions. INTEGRAL FLOW courses will mainly cultivate this awareness through personal experience, rather than by theoretical teaching. Yet a secure environment is created to safely explore new levels of consciousness and to integrate them effectively.
INTEGRAL FLOW gives much importance to the practice of respectful and healthy boundaries:
These boundaries can be discovered by diligent self-awareness in the present moment, but not by analytical deduction. The healthy boundaries we are looking for are not externally imposed rules or predefined conventions. They are an obvious and living reality that reveals itself by honouring the basic principles of respect and integrity for oneself and others.
INTEGRAL FLOW stimulates and supports a transformational journey. Inviting more awareness in places of shadow, installing loving-kindness in places of darkness, developing acceptance in places of rejection, creating openness in places locked down in shame, enhancing life force in places shut down by fear, discovering renewal in places of conflict, establishing contact in places of separation, bringing clarity in places of confusion, and an acceptance of the Unity that sustains all of us…

INTEGRAL FLOW gives much importance to the practice of respectful and healthy boundaries:
- Physical boundaries, which are obvious, define who can touch us, how someone can touch us, and how physically close another may approach us.
- Emotional boundaries define where our feelings end and another's begin.
- Intellectual boundaries create discernment between one’s own thoughts and those of the other.
- Energetic boundaries show us how we handle our charisma and that of the other.
