AQUATIC FLOW (in water)
We are honoured to share the experience of FLOW in warm water with you. AQUATIC FLOW is aimed at assisting you in exploring the grace and the qualities of the water element.
AQUATIC FLOW teaches support, non-resistance, gentleness, fluidity, flexibility, adaptability, depth, silence, healing touch, heart-to-heart connection and compassion. While developing the quality of Loving-Kindness and Loving-Acceptance, it acts as a way of healing, connecting to your inner wisdom, and touching another human being, effortlessly and gracefully.
AQUATIC FLOW invites you to get in touch with thought patterns and behaviours on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level, and to embrace them with acceptance and willingness. Thus you can naturally integrate them as a part of yourself and make them a source of inspiration and insight.
AQUATIC FLOW allows you to cultivate a deeper connection to your body-mind-spirit, as well as to experience your fullest potential with deep love and connectedness to yourself, to others, and to the Divine. While enjoying the soothing effect of warm water, you can open yourself and directly contact your Highest Self. A kind of out-of-body experience in your body...
AQUATIC FLOW can be both a journey on the surface of the water or an exploration underwater. In any case, this sensitive and gentle warm water therapy will guide you, in confidence, through states of absolute peace, deep relaxation, surrendering and bliss.
AQUATIC FLOW is based on the world-renowned aquatic healing arts of WaterShiatsu (WATSU®) and WaterDance (WATA®). Elements, moves and sequences of these Aquatic Bodywork techniques are used when needed. Other than that, the main focus will be put on Self-Awareness of the body & mind, as well as on Self-Actualisation of your Divine nature, without an outer agenda or form.
Whether you are new to Aquatic Bodywork or have been practicing for years, AQUATIC FLOW courses aim to assist you in deepening your connection with your Self and others.
